Gypsies, Tramps, and Thieves

Press Release from the RNC:

Michael Steele has announced today that his outreach to the Hip/Hop and One Arm Midget communities has been such a smashing success he is implementing Phase II of his key RNC new voter sign-up titled, Gypsies, Tramps and Thieves.

"Gypsies, tramps, and thieves
We'd hear it from the people of the town
They'd call us gypsies, tramps, and thieves
But every night all the men would come around
And lay their money down"

"We think with a little outreach to this community, we can convince these people to lay some of this money down for the RNC", Steele was quoted as saying as he climbed aboard the RNC's "wagon of a travallin show" loaded with bottles of "doctor good"...

Asked if Rush Limbaugh supports this new effort, Steele became agitated and whipped the horses like a maniac until he could no longer be questioned by reporters.  Calls to Rush have so far not been returned...

Michael Steele To Become New Snoop Dog

It has been learned that after the recent "dust up" between Michael Steele the chairman of the RNC and Rush Limbaugh, that Michael Steele is about to change both his image and name.

Appearing last evening on BET, Mr. Steele was seen sporting a new look.  He arrived for his interview wearing a standard "rapper homey" look as he described it to me.  It consisted of a new baseball cap with the RNC Logo which Mr. Steele wore off to the side at approximately a 35% angle.  He was also sporting new dental "caps" with gold and diamonds along with much "bling" to compliment his new NFL Jersey and low rise jeans.

He seems "awkward" with the gangster sign-language but this reporter is confident that with practice the new Snoop Dog will "get down" and will "get his groove on" and should be able to attract new hip/hop voters to the Republican Party.  There is no word on how this will affect traditional Republican voters but Mr. Dog doesn't seem worried...

47 Months to Go? Good Grief!

Well America we've really done it this time!  We have not only allowed one President to take us to war and keep us there for 6 years while ignoring the storm clouds over the nation's economy, we have now elected a left-wing social engineer to "steer" us to total economic and social collapse!  President Obama's first month in office can essentially be boiled down to "kill all the babies and give me all the money"...

And, where is the loyal opposition as all of this is happening?  Republican congressional representatives, from all accounts, remain curled under their desks, thumbs firmly in mouths while they sob like 6 year old school girls (my apologies to young girls).  Michael Steele the new RNC Chairman has energized the base by proclaiming his "disappointment" in Nancy Pelosi's massive Democratic Porkulus Spending "Stimulus" bill and by pronouncing his new hip/hop initiative to attract new young black and latino voters to the Republican base.

The only effective conservative voice in America remaining is a radio personality, Rush Limbaugh.  He is now being targeted by the Obama Administration in a brilliant move to make conservative American's think that Rush is the leader of the Republican party.  This is a stunning strategy because if successful it puts a Radio Talk Show Host who has no legislative, executive or judicial power at the top of the opposition party to the Democrats.  This leaves them with no opposition to enacting their agenda for the next two and probably four years!

Unless the Amerikan people wake up, we are in for a very long 8 and possibly 12, 16 or 20 years in the socialist wilderness looking to the Government to manage all aspects of our existence!

What Would Jesus Do?

At the last Republican debate Anderson Cooper asked Gov. Hukabee "What would Jesus Do" talking about the death penalty.  The Governor responded "Jesus was much too smart to get into politics".  What a disappointing response.

Jesus died at the hands of the Jewish and Roman authorities by the death penalty and suffered crucifixion!  He did this even though he was an innocent man as a substitution for the punishment that each of us deserves for our sinfulness.  The governor missed an opportunity to share this news with the listening audience!

We are getting ready to celebrate Christmas.  When the Lord of Lords, The King of Kings, The Lion of Judah, The Creator of Heaven and Earth came into the world as a baby!  A beautiful and miraculous story that man could not have invented.  Let us not forget during this time of year the fate of this child in the manger.  He was destined to be beaten, scourged, stripped naked and nailed to a cross to redeem you and I.  All we need do is put our faith in him for our salvation and to guide our daily walk.

What would Jesus do?  He's already done it!  As he said on the cross.  "It is finished".

Sorry Rudy

As a conservative I cannot and will not vote for Rudy! 

I watched Sean Hannity the other night as he interviewed Dr. James Dobson.  He spent the entire segment trying to convince the doctor that we MUST vote for Rudy rather than sitting by and watching as Hillary is elected President of The United States.  I disagree.

If Rudy Giulianni is the best that The Republican Party has to offer, then we deserve to lose in '08!  Rudy is a liberal Republican.  He is pro-abortion and anti-gun rights.  He is also a supporter of the nanny state. 

Now the RNC and FOX News will begin the "transformation" process.  They will paint Rudy as the next coming of Ronald Reagan.  All they will talk about is 9/11 and terrorism. 

I believe that the Republican party is going to get slaughtered in '08 because they just don't get it!  They will not only lose the White House but also large numbers of seats in the House and Senate.  A clear message needs to be sent because they didn't get the last one.  Hopefully they will get this one!

Michael Vick

Now that we know the details of his crime and his plea deal we are left to wonder about how each of us should react to this story.  Personally, I am deeply offended by the actions of this man and, as an animal lover, I am sickened by the "sport" of dog fighting.

Do the participants in this activity believe themselves to be manly or tough somehow?  Does this sub-culture teach that by training a dog to fight on your behalf you are somehow a better man?  It seems to me that these idiots are quite the opposite.  They are sissies and cowards that must have a poor animal do their fighting and bleeding for them since they aren't man enough to do it themselves!  

I guess we see a lot of this today with Islamic cowards sending children to their deaths strapped to bombs because they are too cowardly to stand and fight themselves.  And here in America we have punks and girly men sending dogs in to bleed for them so they can feel "tough" rather than the weak cowardly pricks that they really are...

Christianity vs. Islam

I sat in church a couple of Sundays ago and watched as a child was baptized and thought how wonderful my God is compared with the one worshiped by the followers of Islam.  In my faith (Christianity) my God sent his son, Jesus Christ to earth to suffer and to die for my sins so that I can have eternal life.  All I have to do to receive this gift is to believe and God even gives me this faith through his Word and Sacraments.  Contrast this with young men, boys, women and girls being sent out to die for salvation in Islam by killing innocent people! 

There are two kinds of religions in the World.  One that says that I am a poor miserable sinner and can do nothing to contribute to my salvation (Christianity) and must rely totally on Christ's actions on my behalf and all the others that teach that I can somehow "earn" favor with their god through my "good works".  There are no exceptions to this rule and Islam teaches the latter.  They are not a sister religion to Christianity and should not be held out as such!

I feel fortunate indeed that God has chosen me to be one of his followers in Christ!  What a wonderful faith compared to the yoke of slavery preached by others!  Freedom is indeed precious!

The Grand Compromise

As the Senate brings back Immigration Reform from the dead, we are left wondering what the hell is wrong with these guys.  In every poll that we are presented with 50 to 70 percent of the American people do not want this awful law passed!

Senators today are so far out-of-touch with reality that they no longer understand what it means to be a normal every day rube out here in middle America.  They don't know what it's like to have a real job, real bills, taxes, etc.  They live in fantasy land where everything is done for them by staffers and somehow they get rich in the process.

We need to punish any Senator that makes this bill move into law, period!  Enough of re-electing these guys over and over and over and over again!  Let's start a revolution and throw all of them out over Immigration reform and start over nationwide!  Maybe that will send a message to Washington that these pricks work for "The People" rather than "The People" working for the pricks!  Let's hope...

Bush's Record

I"m voting for a real conservative for POTUS next time

Federal Spending is out-of-control under George Bush!  He has never met a spending bill he didn't like and had never used the veto until the Iraq spending bill of last month!
The war in Iraq has turned into nation building.  This is not something a conservative would ever do!  Many of us conservatives were never convinced that this war was part of the "war on terror" in the first place but went along and remained silent...no more!
Bush has picked two excellent judges for the SCOTUS, however given free reign we all know that Alberto and Harriet would be sitting there now!  Enough said...sigh...
Bush allowed hundreds of veterans to rot in filth and miserable conditions at Walter Reed Medical Center until the Washington Post outed his administration.  A true conservative President would be taking care of the troops every time!
Oil prices are at record levels and we have done nothing to explore and drill for more.  Bush has caved to the environmental lobby.  We also haven't built a refinery but continue to talk about it!
Bush cut a deal with Uncle Teddy to give prescription drugs to seniors in a government program that will cost trillions of dollars!
Now Bush calls me un-American for opposing citizenship for people breaking the law to get into my country!  And he unleashes his "minions" to call us racists and rubes.

Never again!

Dear Mr. Bush,

I'm sorry but I've decided to leave the Republican Party effective immediately.  I'm a conservative and obviously you wish to take the party in a different direction...a bit more "progressive" I believe?  Cutting deals of any kind with Uncle Teddy Kennedy is unacceptable in my book.

We have all "supported" you during Katrina, a 4 year war (or nation building in Iraq), Harriet Meirs, Out-of-Control Federal Spending etc.  Your support of this travesty called "Immigration Reform" is the last straw!  And then you turn on your loyal supporters and call us "Un-American" because we disagree with you?  Funny...you never...EVER...have anything harsh to say about Kennedy, Pelosi or Biden!  Instead you cower under your desk like a school girl every time they take cheap shots at you and our troops!

I'm going to support only REAL conservatives in the future.  Fool me once, shame on you...fool me twice shame...oh never mind!  I voted for you twice.  God I'm an idiot!
